HolisticAuraBySara™ ("we," "us," "our") respects the trust you place in us by joining The Open Circle. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it.

What we collect

• Email address — required to send Open Circle letters, education, and gathering notices.
• First name — used to personalize communication.
• Optional reflections — anything you choose to share about your hair journey. This is never used publicly unless you give separate, explicit permission.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
• We do not quote or publish your reflections without your specific, separate consent — checked in a box you control at signup.
• We do not use manufactured urgency or scarcity in how we communicate with you.

How your information is used

Your email is used to send you the content described at signup: educational material, founder letters, and community updates. If you've separately given permission, we may use anonymized reflections in educational or community materials — always without identifying you unless you've also agreed to that specifically.

Third-party services

We use Kit (ConvertKit) to manage our email list and deliver communications. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy. We use Netlify to host this website and process the "listening" community form submissions.

Your rights

You may unsubscribe from our email list at any time using the link in any email we send. You may request that we delete your information by contacting us directly.
